Welcome to Christian Martial Fitness Inc SHOP!  The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted and/or altered by Christian Martial Fitness Inc at any time so please read prior to any purchase in our SHOP.

General

If you have any questions please contact us for help at info@christianmartialfitness.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is made in full. Christian Martial Fitness Inc. reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police and any other appropriate authority. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted. Christian Martial Fitness Inc. reserves and holds the right to make changes related to merchandise and how it appears on our online SHOP. This also includes type faults, price, and stock changes.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent by the US Post office. You will receive a shipping confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. Christian Martial Fitness Inc. will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

1. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
   The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.

2. Uncollected packages
   We will charge $25 for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

Payment

You have the following options:

- Paypal

When using a credit card or paypal you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Christian Martial Fitness Inc. reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. 

Returns and Exchanges

US law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost.

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 15 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

1. Faulty goods
   All goods are inspected by us before shipping however if goods are faulty or are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items, Christian Martial Fitness, Inc. will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability

2. Claims
   If the product has a defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. Christian Martial Fitness Inc. co-operates with Squarespace for the redemption of credit card payments.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by US law.
