Almond Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground flaxseed OR flaxseed meal
1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/3 cup raw organic honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
combine all ingredients in a bowl.
form into 1” balls using your hands.
store in an airtight container in the fridge.
you can get creative and add a pinch of cinnamon or roll them in coconut, enjoy!
